This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this site only, not the accounts we manage on behalf of clients.
Who we are
[COMPANY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. We are the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact us at [EMAIL].
What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, company, email address, approximate monthly ad spend, and what you tell us is stuck. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare for a call if you book one.
Automatically. Our hosting provider logs standard technical information including IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
Why we can use it
Where you contact us, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For security logging, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and safe. If we later add anything non-essential, we will ask you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period our hosting provider retains them.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider and our email and form providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email [EMAIL] and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have handled your data badly.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above.
